INS distributes products, offers technical support and provides IT services for wired and wireless machine networking applications. They first started working with us in 2007. Though they have yet to have us make their site responsive, they have had us add quite a few of our unique customizations.

Their global search box utilizes our unique Item Suggestion on Search ***. Start typing in text for a search and all results immediately appear and refine as you continue to type. Up to 20 items are displayed and easily viewed. Their in-house sales team finds this the most useful thing on their site! (All data stays internal to NetSuite so your business data is secure and under your control)

Other customized features include: our Mini Cart, drop-down top navigation in header, adding multiple items to the cart from the item detail page (purchase the item AND add installation fees), request a quote form on item detail, and more. The cart and checkout use many custom order fields to get data for the various promotions they offer. It also has our unique return to page when logging in scripts and out Show Invoices module for the Customer Center.
